Absolutely faultless, compliments to all the Staff

Couldn't fault it. Staff were obviously hard-working, and there were lots of smiles, greetings and eye contact, made to feel valued as a Customer.

Breakfast was extensive: plates cleared very promptly and at one point one of the Breakfast Waitresses in response to my thanking her for her service commented "no, it is my pleasure to serve you"...sweet!

Room was similarly excellent, especially for the price; we paid £117 for two persons for Thurs and Friday nights, with all facilities, a generous bathroom, fluffy towels, more functions than usual on the TV [and they all worked], and the usual complimentary Tea & Coffee, A Post It Notepad and Pen were a nice touch too.

I phoned ahead about parking, got through quickly to the actual premises rather than a National Call Centre [a pleasant surprise in itself] and received clear and accurate advice regarding parking which is available nearby at just £10 a day; I felt that a different Hotel, which we rejected, deliberately mislead me and recommend you either stay here, or Googlemap [Streetview] parking, as I did.

We had a good night's sleep behind Triple Glazed Windows and the cleanliness was as good as everything else.

We felt confident booking this Hotel because of the positive reviews here on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. We are really quite poor, so £100+ is a big deal to us, a treat for a significant Anniversary, but it was money well spent.

I don't leave all good reviews and have just left a deservedly bad one for the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich; I praise or criticise fairly. Thank You for a lovely stay (Room 203)

Easy to book the hotel on line and efficient booking in service from the staff, The room was small but this was not a problem as we were out all day. The bed was comfortable. All the facilities were modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice was good, well presented and plentiful. The staff were very pleasant.

Excellent value for money, the room was modern and well appointed. Parking just around the corner at £10 for 24 hours was easy to access and we had no problems finding a space.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Reception carried out efficiently and added reward points. Room facilities good and well designed room with free wifi. Openable windows and AC.

Good value for a London hotel with breakfast included.

Only drawback is distance from a tube station but bus connections are available outside and ok as long as you know which to get and when.

We asked for a room on the inner court and the room was very quiet indeed. Excellent value for money.

From Ealing Broadway underground station, go to the bus platform on the left and take bus E8. The bus stops in front of the hotel. There is a Lidl next doors.

Stayed here on Boxing Night whilst visiting family nearby and was impressed! I like HIX as a chain and find the reviews can be difficult owing to the formulaic nature of the rooms and the brand...generally if you've seen one, you've seen them all...but this strands apart as being part of a new concept for the brand and I liked it very very much!

Some new touches to the room, usb sockets, new style SMART TVs and a much more modern style. I liked the room very much and also, a very good shower room!

It was excellent value and very friendly staff! Would recommend!

Best Place in its Class After exact one year, it was my 2nd stay at Holiday Inn Express Ealing London and I truly realized that things and facilities got better at this hotel, Staff is looks more helpful. Rooms are small but you don’t feel trapped and almost everything you may need in daily life you get inside the room including Tea / Coffee making facility, Iron and Ironing board. It is Not far from Heathrow airport so you get Taxi from Airport for 15 to 30 GBP. Hotel is located main Ealing Broadway road so it is always easy to get transport just in front of hotel, There is a bus stop just in front of hotel, if you want to walk Ealing Broadway Metro & Train Station, it is 15 to 20 minutes. Countless dining options available in vicinity including Pakistani, Indian, Arabic and Iranian Food outlets, some shops and restaurant open till late. There is a super market and food store just behind the hotel open 24 hours I guess. Cleaning standard in rooms is very high, Linen Beds and pillows are comfortable, the only thing I did not like was their breakfast it is almost everyday same, may be because it is an Express hotel. In general I like the hotel and would recommend it without any hesitation.

If you have ever seen Peppa Pig, Ms Rabitt takes on multiple roles effortlessly. Louise was our Ms Rabitt. She gave me and my family a wonderful welcome, acknowledged our gold status. She then took role of the bar tender and served us wonderful drinks. She explained to us that she her self made the sofa into a bed for my two girls as housekeeping had gone home. Louise also was wonderful at breakfast and helped us find a table as was very busy. On checking out my daughter left her special blanket behind. You guessed Louise arranged for it to be couriered back to Wales. Louise you are a star, thank you for your time and effort.

Lovely hotel very Clean and quiet, the staff was absolutely lovely nothing was any bother when you had a question. Lovely breakfast. Will definitely stay again as we had a fab stay. Great bus services and underground links nearby. Shopping facilities all in one area of the hotel.

I am a fan of HI in general for the excellent service, reasonable breakfasts and decent room facilities. This new hotel is really great. The design is fab, the staff are excited, enthusiastic and passionate. Room very comfortable - especially the bed - and everything works well. Sainsburys opposite of you want snacks or drinks and the hotel bar also offers food. No parking at the hotel - plenty of street parking nearby overnight and sainsburys will let you have 2 hours (needed if you plan to leave after 8) for free if you spend £5. If you are planning a London trip for Christmas or New Year stay here and travel in.
